I agree about Joffrey and Tywin - it's no good killing off Joffrey without getting rid of Tywin, because Tywin has the strength to just pop poor little Tommen on the throne and carry on as usual. Though if Tywin died and Joffrey didn't, I don't think either Joffrey or Cersei would have long to live.

I very much want to see Yara conducting bloody revenge/rescue/conquering/whatever. She needs to be in the plot more! And I don't care about Theon in the slightest, so I would also be perfectly happy if she decided that since Theon can't now produce heirs, she's taking over the kingdom herself.
