Beautiful, beautiful. Really. You've captured all the turmoil deep inside each of them without them ever saying a word about it. It's terribly bittersweet, which suits this pairing perfectly. The fact that Hakkai was the instigator is a refreshing little touch. And I love the way you've so effortlessly portrayed Gojyo's sense of self. It's not really a matter of self-loathing, just...an utter lack of any sense of self-worth. You've conveyed it beautifully.
