... because I cannot resist the allure of "Dental Assistant" Dario and his Portable Device...

and Judith Tarr's "A Fall of Princes" (Avaryan Rising series)
... because of Hirel and Sarevan, a fascinating m/m pairing that had some huge issues fairly shouting out for fanfic.

Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to add comments or links to the name of the fandom. I suspect the Dubious Dentists for one will cause considerable confusion if left unexplained. (Insofar as mortal mind can conceive of an explanation, that is.)

Also, I suspect the Yuletide tag wranglers will think I am somewhat deranged. ;-)
