Story notes: Just under 2,500 words. This story is for [personal profile] indelicateink - I hope you like it! :-)

Summary: Gojyo's been feeling kinda off for a couple days or so. Turns out it's not the flu.

It starts like this:

"Gojyo," Hakkai says. "How are you feeling?"

All feedback - positive and negative - is very welcome!

Give me two characters from different fandoms you know I'm familiar with, and I'll give you a dialogue happening between the two of them. Without justifying how the crossover would work, how their worlds clashed, or how they could even meet each other. Just a silly crossover conversation with no backstory, for fun.

I'm changing this slightly to include only fandoms I like, so as to minimize potential problem sources in writing these. :-) If you don't know what fandoms I know and like: My LJ interests are far from being a complete list, but they're a place to start. Also, anything I've ever talked or written about in a positive way is fair game.

There are some characters that refuse to talk to me, but I will do my best. *g*

Gah. I've managed to misplace an excellent Saiyuki story that I wanted to recommend to [profile] solo____   - and I'm having a complete blackout concerning its title and author. Maybe one of you knows the story I mean and can point me in the right direction?

It was a very, very well-written, dark short story that's told in reverse, starting out with Sanzo shooting someone and going back in time in several steps to show how and why this event occured.

ETA: Yay, found it! [personal profile] cicer recognized the description, even though it turns out I'd twisted things around a bit in my mind.

The story I was looking for is "Down, Down, My Friends; We're Going Home" by [personal profile] harukami. If you like Saiyuki and haven't read this story yet - and if you don't mind a bit of darkness - it's definitely a story not to be missed! It's simply amazing.

Disclaimer: Not mine. In case anyone was wondering.
Rating: Gen, no rating.
Spoilers: None.
Notes: This is the third of five unconnected short stories crossing Supernatural with other fictional universes. I'm posting one crossover a day; all five stories are already completed. Feedback of any kind – positive and negative – is much appreciated!

Wildlife

Gojyo heard them from about a mile away. They'd parked their car by the side of the road, made a lot of noise rummaging around the trunk, and then set off through the woods, heading pretty much straight for the lake.

Huh. Gojyo's senses weren't usually quite this sharp. Must be something about the water. )

Several of you have already seen this - but I thought I'd post it anyway. :-) As always, feedback of all kinds (positive and negative) is very welcome!

Distant Relations

"Well, well," the water-imp said, a distinct hint of condescension in his tone. "What a surprise."

He didn't look much like Jien, or Gojyo's mother for that matter, but there was definitely some sort of resemblance around the eyes and brow.

That wasn't anywhere near being the weirdest thing, though.  )

Gensoumaden Saiyuki / Star Wars Crossover. Hints of slash. No spoilers, no rating. )

This was inspired by the "Sci-Fi AU" challenge on the drabble community [livejournal.com profile] 100_roadtrips; it ended up fitting challenge #19 (Crossovers) and challenge #9 (Reincarnation), as well. However, it is most definitely not a drabble.

...you distinctly hear your co-worker earnestly assure you that he will return in a moment with two large kappas.

I'm sorry to say that he did not make good on this promise.

The AU drabble challenge on [livejournal.com profile] 100_roadtrips got me thinking, and this story is the result. It turned out considerably longer than 100 words, but it *is* an AU. :-)

Godsend

There was no more than a glint of light on rain-sheened metal and a mere hint of blood-scent to alert him. )

As always, feedback of any kind (positive and negative) is very much appreciated.

A Role Reversal Saiyuki Drabble, as an answer to a challenge on [livejournal.com profile] 100_roadtrips. *g* 100 words exactly.

“So we have to go left because *you* say so?” snarls Hakkai. “As if anyone who knew you would believe that divine guidance crap anyway, you know-it-all, not-so-fucking-holy man!”

“Don’t call me that.” Sanzo’s voice is low with threat. “Don’t you *dare* call me that, you one-eyed freak.”

“What did you call me, you corrupt monk?”

Goku’s golden eyes are wide with horror, and the crumbled meat-bun he stole from Gojyo hangs still in mid-air, forgotten half-way to his mouth.

“You take Sanzo”, murmurs Gojyo out of the corner of his mouth. “I’ll take Hakkai. On three.”

Goku nods.

After a long fannish dry spell, I've written a short story - 1.000 words of Gojyo/Hakkai, to be precise. Because [livejournal.com profile] permetaform said she wanted some 58 for Christmas, and I've been wanting to write these guys for a while.

Thank you, [livejournal.com profile] me_n_thee, for the beta!

As always, any kind of feedback - good or bad - is very much appreciated.
