I'm with you, Starks are boring, and I would like to add Catelyn to that list. She used to be tough lady, now she hovers pointlessly in the background. Though its interesting how neither mother can control their sons as well as they imagined (Catelyn to Rob, Cersei to Joffrey).
Same about the Tyrell women, they are great! Especially the grandmother :D She has the best lines.
