Wanted: Prompts!

Help me, Obi-wan Friendslist! I mean to drabble, and I could use some prompts!

Please give me:
- A pairing/combination of characters*
- An alternate universe, OR
- A trope, OR
- Another scenario or prompt


* I know me, and so I know that inspiration will not come if it's a pairing I have no interest in (or, of course, if it's people / a fandom I simply don't know). So do feel free to prompt whatever you want, but be aware that if it does involve a pairing of this kind - say, Sheppard/McKay or some such -, it may end in tears.**

** Just kidding. It will probably end in me looking clueless and going "uhm" instead. And in a wordcount of an even 0.

Day 8
In your own space, talk about setting yourself a fannish goal. Big or small, it doesn't matter.

So. I inadvertently started posting a wip last year, which, uhm. I'm not sure how that happened? Anyway, I most definitely want to finish "Perturbation Theory", because I well know the frustration an unfinished wip holds for readers.

Also, due to circumstances that don't need exploring at this juncture, I have fallen hopelessly behind in responding to feedback. I feel horribly guilty about this, and really want to go back to responding in a timely fashion to every comment.

I also want to shrug off my fannish guilt. Le sigh.
