Looking for plot zombies

A few weeks back, I found a really great essay on so-called "plot zombies" - characters forced to behave stupidly and out of character because otherwise, the plot would not work the way the author wants it to. I was so certain I'd saved it, but now that I want to share it, I can't find it!

Does anyone know where it is...?
