Looking for plot zombies

A few weeks back, I found a really great essay on so-called "plot zombies" - characters forced to behave stupidly and out of character because otherwise, the plot would not work the way the author wants it to. I was so certain I'd saved it, but now that I want to share it, I can't find it!

Does anyone know where it is...?

This one? She says she got the term from Ginn Hale, so if this isn't the right one, maybe that will help.

YES! That's the one - thank you so much! :-) I love the way she describes the problem, and the term "plot zombie" is just perfect for the phenomenon.
