Date: 2009-01-14 11:12 pm (UTC)I really loved reading this! It was so Junno, and I could see those jumbled and bungling thought processes playing out in his mind, if that makes sense.
This was really sweet and funny and awkward, like him, I suppose.

Date: 2009-01-15 01:10 am (UTC)Oooh, that's a wonderful compliment! Thank you very much - it's really great the story could convince you of the pairing's charm. :-) I honestly think they'd do well together, even though the combination may not be the first to spring to mind...
(And I still need a Junno/Ryo icon too... I should definitely get on that, one of these days. *g*)
It's also great that Junno's voice rang so true to you. One of the most important things to me was to make the story authentically Junno, so I'm really happy that worked for you. :-)
sweet and funny and awkward, like him
Yes, he is all that, isn't he! :-)

I think, reading this fic, that I may have just fallen in love with Junno ♥

That's a really wonderful compliment, and also great to hear because, well - everyone should fall in love with Junno! :-)) (Not sure how Ryo would feel about that, of course, but... hey. *g*)

And Ryo swings around and strides away quickly and purposefully, leaving Junno to stare after him in confusion.
Two hours later Ryo sends him a text message reading "If you want flowers, go out with me."
Haha, that's how I imagine they would be together. Great writing!!! :D

Date: 2009-01-15 10:40 am (UTC)It is a nice pairing, isn't it! :-) They *work* - it's not the first pairing that comes to mind, but once it's occured to you, it grabs you... at least, that's how it worked for me. *g*

Date: 2009-01-15 02:23 am (UTC)This was cute and funny and slightly painful (with the crush on his Math teacher and the club girl). Loves it muchly.
It's always nice when someone writes a Junno that has a bit more depth than a constanty-grinning-bad-pun-expeller. It was also cool that the whole thing was covered (is covered the right word?) in his sort of "personality". Ahaha. And Ryo was a nice touch too (the asking to the movies scene was priceless).

Date: 2009-01-15 10:46 am (UTC)I'm really happy you liked the story so much - and that it managed to be both cute and funny and painful, which is just what I was hoping for. :-)
Junno is definitely far more than a a constantly-grinning-bad-pun-expeller (and I like the way you phrased that - makes this one-dimensional version of him sound like a PEZ dispenser *g*).
Ryo was a nice touch too (the asking to the movies scene was priceless)
Heh. Ryo shouldn't be throwing stones about how other people fall in love, really. :-)

Ryo at the end was much love
He probably shouldn't have been so critical of Junno's way of falling in love, before - I'm guessing he'll never hear the end of this. ;-) I'm sure there are many bad puns to be made on the subject...
Thank you for your lovely feedback!

It absolutely does. I don't know why stories about Junno are so rare... but then I admit that I'm biased. *g*

Date: 2009-01-16 12:04 am (UTC)(Ryo's the one the Juniors call "poison tongue"... he can be very verbally aggressive and has reportedly made more than one other sparkly dancing boy cry. He started a one-sided feud with Ueda in Ueda's fairy-seeing phase because he was pissed off at Ueda's pretentious ways - not because of anything poor Ueda had actually done to him. But then, half of the aggressiveness seems to be shyness and defensiveness, and Ryo can also be horribly sweet, and he frequently half dies of embarrassment. I think he'd be a very good match for Junno... they are very different in some ways, similar in others, and would be good for each other. And now I must really shut up about this. *g)
goes back to look at pretty boys some more
Yay for the pretty sparkly boys! :-) They are very addictive.

Date: 2009-01-16 12:40 am (UTC)I've never been much of a Junno-person, but this experience might lead me to a totally new direction.
Seriously? Wow, that’s an amazing compliment – thank you so much! *blush* And it makes me very happy to think that I might be encouraging you give Junno a second glance.
It’s probably not much of a secret at this point that I find him very worthy of a lot of glances. ;-) Junno puts forward a “one-dimensional joker” façade much of the time, but in truth, he is so much more interesting than that. The fact that he bothers to hide at all is enough to suggest… well, a lot of things to me. *g* But I won’t spam you with this any further - I’m just glad the Junno in my story worked so well for you!
Thank you very much for your lovely feedback. :-) It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the story so much!

Date: 2009-01-15 09:24 pm (UTC)Love the pacing, your voice in the story, the way it is heartbreaky, very gorgeous.
Especially the use of KAT-TUN songs as the mini-titles. I like the idea very much.

Date: 2009-01-16 12:43 am (UTC)Using KAT-TUN songs as themes was part of the iridetaguchi fanfic challenge that I originally wrote the story for. I can’t take the credit there, but I'm still very glad that you liked what I did with the idea!
Thank you for your lovely feedback! :-)
