Searching for nonfiction book about serving the very rich

A while back, someone on my friendslist posted a review about a nonfiction book concerned with employees of extremely wealthy people, and the unusual services they provide. I thought it sounded interesting at the time, and now want to buy it - but I can't find the review anymore, don't remember who posted it, and have no idea what the book is called. :-/

Unfortunately, it's not a book after all, but an article in Harper's. And it seems that I can't even subscribe, being outside of North America and all. Ah, the joys of global distribution through the internet...

Argh.

Unfortunately it's not a book after all, but an article in Harper's, which it seems the publisher does not want to let me subscribe to if I am part of the rabble living outside of North America. Argh.
